Can I cancel my order?

You can email us at contact@rfno.world and request to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Cancellation will not be available once the order is dispatched and on its way to you. 


Can I change my shipping method/shipping address?

You can change them by contacting us via our customer service email at contact@rfno.world. This will not be available once your order is dispatched from our warehouse and is on its way to you.


Can I amend my order?

You can’t amend your order once it is placed. Alternatively, you can cancel your current order and reorder through our website. Please note that you can only cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse, once it is on its way to you, cancellation will no longer be available.


Do I need to pay customs duties/import fees for my order?

All custom duties and import fees are covered by us, you will not have to pay any fees.


I didn't receive an order confirmation email, what should I do?

If you didn't receive an order confirmation email from us, we recommend checking your spam/junk folders first. If the email still can't be located, please kindly contact us via our customer service email contact@rfno.world

 

When will the money be debited from my account?
Your money will be debited from your account the moment that the order is placed.

 

My discount code is not working.

Discount code(s) will only apply to full-price items and not items that are already on sale.

 

The item that I want is out of stock, when would it be in stock again?

If your desired item is out of stock, you can either subscribe to our newsletter/follow us on social media (linked below) to keep track of restocks, or by requesting a restock notification to your email. You can do this via our website by picking out the product you want, selecting your size, and clicking the “email when in stock” tap, then simply enter your details and we will send you a notification when it’s back in stock.

 

I have received the wrong product(s) / the product(s)in my order didn’t arrive/ damaged items

Please take a picture of the content that you received along with a screenshot of the order confirmation which contains your order number. Email these to our customer service team at contact@rfno.world and we will get this problem solved for you as soon as possible.

 

How can I subscribe to your newsletter??

You can subscribe to our newsletter via the website! If you are having problems doing so, please contact us through contact@rfno.world and we will get you subscribed as soon as possible.

 

I've forgotten my password, what do I do?

You can reset your password by putting in your email on the login page, simply clicking the “forgotten password” button and then following the instructions. An email should be sent to you with a link for you to change your password.
