Delivery infos:

We aim to deliver all orders within the standard estimated timeframes. Please note this includes weekends and is not calculated by working days.

As a brand, RFNO ask for 1-3 days to process the order before it gets dispatched to you, therefore please consider that regarding the calculation of your delivery times.

 

Why is my tracking number not working?

A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as we have it, however, the overall order processing time can take up to 4-6 workdays and it may take a while for the tracking website to update everything. Please have patience with us and contact the customer service at contact@rfno.world. if your tracking number is still not working after 5 workdays.

 

My tracking shows my order has been delivered, but it hasn’t, what do i do?

We advise you to check with your concierge, neighbours and also any ”safe place” where the delivery driver can potentially be leaving your parcels. If you still can’t find your order, contact our customer email at contact@rfno.world.

 

Where is my order?

A tracking number will be provided as soon as we have it, please allow 3-5 days for our team to process and dispatch your order.

 

Can i change my order address half way through the shipping process?

This would not be possible as the order is already dispatched from our warehouse, however, you can change your order address before the order is shipped by contacting our customer service email on contact@rfno.world.

 

Our Final Sale Policy.

All orders placed through us will be considered as “Final Sale”, meaning that we will not accept any exchanges, refunds, or issue refunds once any product is sold initially. Please double-check and review your order before purchasing.
